This summer I was faced with a crisis at my peaceful Cascade Lake home. Not only were my children and grandchildren coming, but one grandson wanted to bring 3 extra friends, and our cousin and wife could only visit at the same time, because of his busy Neurology practice in Los Angeles. HELP!

In walked Miranda, our fairy godmother, and with her beautiful smile and disposition, and amazing cooking skills. She turned a nightmare into the best week of summer we've had.

She became part of the family and learned everyone's food preferences. We usually cook as a family activity and veal parmigiana is one of our favorites. After we let Miranda prepare it for us, our 15 year old grandson summed it up "Grandpa, I love your veal but this is 5 star Italian cuisine".

She lovingly packed lunches and snacks for hikes, and was able to create fabulous dishes for indoor meals, as well as amazing barbecues outdoors.

My daughter was so thrilled because she felt like she and I and the kids were able to talk so much more, as well as playing marathon board games. We were free from setting and clearing the table. And we were free from constantly washing dishes. It was a dream come true.

We are booking her for next summer, as soon as we know when our guests are coming.
